Customized fitness programs can be brought to you, where you can workout in the comfort of your own home or you can come to my studio. Your initial session includes an assessment to establish your baseline fitness and determine your goals. Your customized fitness program will be generated with functional movements and safety in mind and we will work together for motivation and accountability. I offer individual and small group Personal Training, Triathlon Coaching, Bootcamp and Running Programs.
